Last week, our team traded in our home offices for palm trees and sunshine as we gathered in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, for our annual company meeting! Since iPacket is a fully remote company, these moments together are extra special. They remind us just how much energy and collaboration come from being in the same place.

We kicked off the week with a warm welcome reception by the pool, where teammates from across the country finally got to reconnect face-to-face. It was the perfect setting to unwind, meet new faces, reflect on how far we’ve come together, and of course sing “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” our company’s anthem. From there, the energy carried into our full company meeting, where we unveiled some exciting updates about iPacket’s future. Our leadership team shared new initiatives, upcoming product enhancements, and insights into how we’ll continue driving transparency and innovation in the automotive industry. But it wasn’t all business! One of the highlights of our time in Scottsdale was the chance to participate in some fun and meaningful team-building activities. The team rolled up their sleeves for goat yoga (yes, with real goats!), got creative with desert painting, and even worked together to build bikes for children in need. Each activity brought out a different side of our team — laughter, creativity, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose that extends far beyond our day-to-day work.

The week wrapped up with an unforgettable dinner in the desert, surrounded by cacti, a live country band, and an incredible Arizona sunset. It was the perfect backdrop for celebrating our achievements, toasting to our growth, and looking ahead to what’s next. Check out our socials for some true country outfits! 

Seeing each other in person always gives us a renewed sense of motivation and connection. We left Scottsdale feeling energized, inspired, and ready to finish the year strong. With 2026 right around the corner, we’re excited to hit the ground running and continue building momentum toward even greater success.
