1. Introduction. AutoiPacket LLC (“Company,” “iPacket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website of ipacket.us and/or autoipacket.com (the “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to information we collect:

• On the Website.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Website, including SMS services.
• Through chat, meeting scheduling, and other interactive features on the Website.
• Through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Website.
• When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

• Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Website.
• Dealers, sellers, or affiliates independently managing their own websites, communications, or services.

Relationship to Separate Agreements. This Policy describes our Website-related practices. If you or your company have a separate agreement with iPacket, that agreement may govern the collection and use of data provided under that relationship and will control to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.

 

2. Children Under the Age of 13. The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. • When we share your information with Dealers, as defined in our Terms of Use, at your request, those Dealers may use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices. iPacket does not control Dealer privacy practices and is not responsible for their handling of your information once it has been provided to them.

 

7. SMS Data. If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we will collect and retain your phone number and related information to deliver such messages. Your participation is subject to our SMS Terms of Use. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

 

8. State Privacy Rights. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) may have rights regarding their personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising or “sale”/“sharing” under applicable law).

How to Exercise. Submit a request to support@autoipacket.com and include your name, the state you reside in, and the nature of your request. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity (for example, by matching information you provide with information we maintain). You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” in the subject line. Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut residents may also contact their Attorney General if the appeal is denied.

Sale/Sharing Disclosure. iPacket does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent our use of cookies or similar technologies could be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” you may opt out by adjusting your browser settings and, if available in the future, via our preference center.

Nevada. Nevada residents may submit “do not sell” requests to support@autoipacket.com

 

9. Do Not Track. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. The Website does not currently respond to DNT signals.

 

10. Data Security. We implement reasonable measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no system or transmission of information via the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
