SMS Terms of Use

These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging service operated by AutoIPacket, LLC (“iPacket,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). These SMS Terms are incorporated into and subject to our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Primary user representation
By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
Program Description
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from iPacket, you may receive text notifications regarding:
- Vehicle information or updates for vehicles you have expressed interest in;
- Appointment reminders or scheduling confirmations;
- Customer service communications related to your requests.
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us but will not exceed a reasonable number of messages per week related to your requests.
Opt-In and Opt-Out
- By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from iPacket at the mobile number you provide.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
- You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After doing so, you will receive a one-time confirmation, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Opt-out recordkeeping:
We may retain your opt-out request and the mobile number to ensure we honor your choice.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Use
We collect and retain your mobile number and related information to deliver SMS messages. SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any rights of access, correction, deletion, or opt-out available under applicable state laws. We will not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that iPacket will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the SMS program, or for any errors in message content.
Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our Website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
