iPacket at NAMAD 2026 and the NIADA Sales & Profit Mastery Bootcamp

Building Relationships and Strengthening Dealership Sales

From Salt Lake City to Miami, the iPacket team spent a busy week connecting with dealers, exchanging ideas, and supporting the people who keep the automotive industry moving forward.

The NAMAD Annual Conference and the NIADA Sales & Profit Mastery Bootcamp offered two very different event experiences, both reinforced the value of strong relationships, continued education, and dealer-focused innovation.

Connecting With Minority Automobile Dealers at NAMAD 2026

The 46th Annual NAMAD Conference brought automotive professionals together in Miami from August 11–14. Centered around strategic alignment and growth, the event created valuable opportunities for minority automobile dealers, industry leaders, and automotive partners to connect and learn from one another.

The iPacket team was onsite throughout the week, meeting new dealers, reconnecting with familiar faces, and strengthening relationships across the industry. Each day brought new conversations and opportunities to better understand the goals, challenges, and priorities shaping dealerships today.

At the iPacket booth, our team demonstrated how iPacket helps dealers organize and share important vehicle information with customers. By giving shoppers easy access to details such as original window stickers, service records, inspection reports, vehicle history, and additional documentation, dealers can create a more transparent and confident buying experience.

NAMAD was also a valuable reminder that some of the strongest industry relationships are built beyond the booth. From dinners and social events to conversations throughout the conference, the week offered countless opportunities to connect personally, exchange ideas, and build partnerships that extend well beyond a single event.

Supporting Independent Dealers at the NIADA Bootcamp

Earlier that week, Maria Rapson represented iPacket at the NIADA Sales & Profit Mastery Bootcamp in Salt Lake City.

The two-day program focused on practical strategies to help independent dealers improve sales performance and profitability. Attendees explored evolving buyer behavior, customer engagement, sales processes, inventory decisions, and ways to convert more opportunities into customers.

The bootcamp encouraged open discussion and gave dealers the opportunity to talk through real challenges facing their businesses. Rather than simply listening to presentations, participants could share experiences, ask questions, and learn from others in the room.

Maria was there to support dealers and demonstrate how iPacket can help strengthen the sales process. Digital vehicle presentations give sales teams a consistent, professional way to provide the information customers need, answer common questions, and build trust throughout the buying journey.

For dealerships, creating a winning sales process is about more than one conversation. It requires a knowledgeable team, clear communication, reliable information, and tools that help employees serve customers confidently.

Different Events, One Shared Purpose

Large conferences create opportunities to expand networks and discover new perspectives. Smaller educational gatherings allow dealers to dig deeper into challenges and leave with practical strategies they can bring back to their teams. Both play an important role in moving the automotive industry forward.

Thank you to NAMAD, NIADA, and every dealer who took the time to connect with us. We are grateful for the conversations, relationships, and opportunities that made the week so memorable.
